Overview

Every Webflow, Framer and Astro template sold or shared by Inks.Studio comes with a clear, easy-to-read license. This page explains what you can do with our templates, what is not permitted, and how our free templates are licensed. By purchasing, downloading or using any Inks.Studio template, you agree to the terms below.

Premium Template License

A premium license gives you a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the purchased template. With a valid license you may:

• Use the template for personal and commercial projects.
• Modify, customize and extend the design, layout, styles and code to fit your needs.
• Build a website for yourself or for a client, and charge your client for that work.
• Replace or remove the Inks.Studio credit link and use your own branding.

What Is Not Permitted

To protect our work and the customers who purchase it, the following are not allowed under any license:

• Reselling, redistributing or sub-licensing the template, in its original or modified form.
• Offering the template, or any part of it, as a stock item, theme, UI kit or template on any marketplace or download site.
• Sharing, giving away or making the source files publicly available.
• Claiming the original design as your own work outside of the finished website you build with it.

One License, One Website

Each license covers a single website or end product, whether it is your own project or one you build for a client. If you plan to use the same template on more than one website, please purchase a separate license for each additional site, or choose a bundle where one is available.

Images and Demo Content

Images, photos, logos, illustrations, videos and sample text shown in our template previews are included for demonstration purposes only and are not covered by the template license. Before launching your website, replace them with content you own or have the proper rights to use. Fonts and icons are provided under their own open-source licenses, which you should follow.

Ownership

Purchasing a license gives you the right to use the template; it does not transfer ownership. Inks.Studio retains all copyright and intellectual property rights in the original template design and source files. The content you add and the website you create remain yours.

Templates we release for free are licensed under the MIT License, unless a different license is stated on the template page.
